Section 191A(2) empowers the Commissioner to make a declaration as to a person's "entitlement to a patent, or a share in a patent". Thus, where the Commissioner is satisfied that a patent was granted to the wrong person or persons, she may correct the ownership details recorded in the Register. See 7.2.8 Entitlement - Sections 33, 34, 35, 36 and 191A.
