Date Published

Where the ownership of the main invention changes at any time after the filing of an application for a patent of addition and before the grant of a patent thereon, the applicant for the patent of addition may, but is not required to, file a new statement of authorisation from the new owner of the parent invention. This may be done by using the entitlement form available from the IP Australia website.
