IP Australia has a Quality Management System that is governed by the ISO 9001 standard and is assured through external certification.

A key principle in quality management is a commitment to continually monitor, maintain and improve the quality of our products.

Continual improvement means addressing problems as they occur but also looking for better ways to operate and make improvements. Our Quality Policy is based on our strategic objectives and associated performance criteria as set out on our Corporate Plan.
