7.1. Withdrawal of an application, notice or request
Date Published
Section 214 provides that a person who has filed an application, notice or request may withdraw it by giving the Registrar notice of withdrawal in writing.
1.1 A request for withdrawal of an application, notice or request may be given at any time while the application, notice or request is being considered by the Registrar.
1.2 The Registrar must advertise the withdrawal in the Official Journal (reg 21.10).
