Date Published

If a court makes an order with respect to whether a trade mark should, or should not, be removed from the Register in its entirety, or should, or should not, be subject to conditions or limitations relating to goods or services dealt with, or provided, in a particular place in Australia, or a particular export market, then the court must cause a copy of the order to be served on the Registrar who must comply with it.
