10.2.1 Accessing the QP Portal

Is multi-factor authentication required?
Yes. Multi-factor authentication is required to sign in to Online Services. Assistance with setting up an Online Services account and multi-factor authentication is available on IP Australia’s external guidance page: Set up multi-factor authentication for Online Services.
What if I cannot access the Portal?
If you cannot access the QP Portal:
check that you are using the correct Online Services account
confirm that the email address for your Online Services account matches your QP accreditation
contact the PBR Office if your QP accreditation details need to be updated
ensure multi-factor authentication has been completed for Online Services
