5.1.8. Applicant name: Several applicant names; multiple designs
Date Published
If there are several applicant names and multiple designs, the set of applicants must relate to the full set of designs. In other words, the same application cannot give one applicant name in association with one of the designs and another applicant name in association with another of the designs. All the applicant names must relate to all of the designs.
If the application gives different applicant names for different designs in a multiple design application, the applicants should be sent a deficiency notice.
