26.7. Production of documents under s 61(1): Where inspection can take place
Date Published
Normally inspection can take place at the Designs Office in Canberra. This is especially the case if the Registrar must protect the confidential status of documents or articles that have been produced in confidence (s 127(2)), and particularly if there are a large number of documents to be inspected.
