22.6. Other types of amendments
Date Published
The Register can also be amended to:
- correct clerical errors and obvious mistakes (regs 9.05(1) and (2)(a))
- change a name or address (reg 9.05(2)(b))
- change the ownership (s 114 and reg 9.03)
- add another designer
- indicate that the registration of a design has been revoked (s 115)
- rectify an error (court order (s 120)).
