Part 3.2. Form of the application

Section 27(2)(a) of the Act provides that the application must be in accordance with the regulations. Subreg 4.1(1) states that the application must be in an approved form. Subreg 4.1(2) states that any additional material that is intended by the applicant to form part of the application must be attached and is taken to be part of the application.

Reg 21.1 provides that where an applicant uses a form provided by the Registrar that contains directions for completing the form, the applicant must comply with those directions.
