Upon receiving a search report and advisory opinion or a further advisory opinion through SmartIQ (intelledox), the PCT Unit will:
Access the stored documents relating to the Fiji application from the International application folder in COMPASS.
Send the report along with a bilateral dispatch notice and a copy of each citation (and invoice if applicable) by email to the Fijian Administrator-General.
Update the bilateral task in RIO with the date of dispatch, adding a copy of the report and dispatch notice (and invoice).
