Upon receiving the SmartIQ (Intelledox) template, the PCT Unit will:
Access the stored documents relating to the Thai application from the International application folder in COMPASS.
Send the report along with a bilateral dispatch notice and a copy of each citation (and invoice if applicable) by email to the Thai Office.
Update the bilateral task in RIO with the date of dispatch, adding a copy of the report and dispatch notice (and invoice).
Note that the invoice for the search is costed to the Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand and not to the applicant.
